To the Editor, Atrial flutter is an ectopic tachycardia induced by the formation of large reentrant circuits in the atrium. Clinically, most atrial flutter cases originate from the tricuspid isthmus, accounting for about 90 % and typically exhibiting a counterclockwise pattern. This report presents a case of localized reentry atrial flutter originating from the superior vena cava.
