摘要:
The phase composition and surface energy of K2TinO2n+1 biological film which was fabricated via chemical treatment method, were attributed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and surface contact angle measuring instrument. Then according to GB/T16886.4-2003 Biological evaluation of medical devices-Part 4: Selection of tests for interactions with blood, the hemocompatibilities of Ti-15Mo-3Nb and K5TinO2n+1 biological film/Ti alloy biomaterials were contrastively evaluated by the dynamic blood-clotting tests, haemolysis ratio measurement and platelet adhesion tests. The interaction mechanics between materials and blood were preliminarily discussed from the angles of composition and surface energy of K2TinO2n+1 biological film. The results clearly indicated that K2TinO2n+1 biological film had more excellent hemocompatibility than Ti-15Mo-3Nb alloy. And its hemocompatibility had direct relations with its the surface characteristics. It was proved that K2TinO2n+1, biological film was a novel biomaterial with application value.
