Liposarcoma is a non-specific malignant tumor that consisted of differentiated or variedly abnormal adipose cells, which could occur in various parts of the body. In this paper, we reported reversible leukoencephalopathy syndrome occurred in a patient who underwent post-operative chemotherapy of hip liposarcoma and orally took apatinib that inhibits the tumor angiogenesis, which is as follows.
